RV Park Rules & Regulations

General Rules

  1. THE CAMPGROUND/RV PARK SPEED LIMIT IS 5 MPH.

  2. NO refunds. All sales are final.

  3. No business or commercial activity of any nature shall be conducted in this park.  There shall be no automotive maintenance or RV maintenance allowed in the park.  No changing of oil allowed.

  4. Quiet time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am

  5. Motorcycles (dirt bikes), ATV's Ect. are not to be ridden in the park.

  6. Monthly rentals: Applications needs to be submitted and approved in advance of anticipated move in.  Upon approval there will be a deposit in the amount of $100.00.

SITES

  1. All of our campsites are maintained on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE, BASIS.

  2. All rents must be PAID IN ADVANCE OR THERE WILL BE A LATE FEE ADDED. Check out time is 1:30 pm.  If you plan to stay another night, please pay at the office BEFORE THIS TIME.  Monthly tenants paying late can expect a late fee or will be given notice to move.

  3. Space limit is only one sleeping unit and 2 vehicles, 1 boat.  Extra vehicles, sporting vehicles, ATV's Ect. will be charged an additional fee.  Check at the office for more details.

  4. A maximum of 8 persons allowed per RV/Camping site.

  5. All campsites shall remain uncluttered.  All property must be  within the confines of the assigned space.

  6. Close lines and hanging of clothes is not permitted outside the RV.

  7. Tents are not allowed in the RV site.

  8. Boat trailers will need to be moved periodically either by the owner or by a park employee for mowing purposes.

Laundry Room

  1. Please remove your laundry promptly and leave laundry room neat and clean.  Please clean out the lint traps.

  2. Laundry lines are available out side the laundry room and are for tenants only.

Restroom's

  1. Restroom's are not for public use.  Door combinations are changed often and should not be given to none tenants.

Children

  1. Children under 16 must be supervised at all times while in park.

  2. Children are not allowed to play in the restrooms, laundry room, or any other park buildings.

  3. Children are not allowed to trespass through neighbors adjoining properties.

  4. For the safety of the children they are to keep bike riding on the gravel area ONLY.

Garbage

  1. No toxic or flammable materials, auto batteries, oils, petroleum, or propane tanks shall be discharged on the property except in designated areas..

  2. Please keep garbage lids CLOSED.

  3. All trash must be securely bagged prior to disposal, no furniture or large appliances please.

Pets

  1. All pets must be disclosed and described in the space provided for on the front of this agreement.

  2. No pets shall be allowed to run loose in the park and no pet shall be left tied outside or unattended by guest.

  3. A maximum length of 6 ft. on dog leashes.

  4. Pet owners must clean up after their pets, including pet excrement and pets must be kept off of plants, shrubs, and other people's spaces.

  5. Noisy, messy, destructive or dangerous pets will be cause for immediate eviction.

Guests agrees that at the end of the term of this agreement, the guest shall immediately move his/her RV out of the park.  The guest agrees to abide by all park rules and regulations set forth herein, as well as those posted and/or distributed, plus all of the terms of this agreement.  Guest shall be responsible for all damage caused by guest or any of guest's guests or visitors.  Guest acknowledges that the only people allowed to stay overnight in the RV are those listed in this agreement.

Fisherman's Trailer Park is private property and we reserve the right to ask people to leave the premises for non compliance of any of the rules.  If you are asked to leave, there will be no refund of any paid rent.

The Management, Sheriff's Office, and Winchester Bay citizens patrol check the area regularly.  We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries to any person while on the court property.  Additionally, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen items, damage to vehicles, RV's, or other personal property.

For health, safety, and insurance purposes, your space must be kept clean and free of debris, electrical cords, hoses, or other items that can present a hazard to yourself and/or others.  If you have questions please inquire at the office.

IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO POST RULES & REGULATIONS TO COVER ALL DESTRUCTIVE, INCONSIDERATE, OR UNINTENDED ACTIONS.
