The park is within walking distance to a
variety of restaurants, stores, shopping
facilities, charter boats, boat launch, fishing
licenses and tackle.
Boat moorage is available through the Salmon
Harbor Marina Office.
Other Area Activities
If fishing is not your thing:
- Crabbing on the docks.
- Claming the mudflats/ requires no
license.
- Whale watching by the lighthouse.
- Lighthouse or Coast Guard tours.
- Bird watching or feeding the
ducks.
- Riding ATV's on 40 miles of the
best dunes in Oregon.
- Go to the beach and build a sand
castle, fly a kite, look for sea shells, or
just a relaxing walk
- Enjoy a picnic, swimming, or a
mile walk around nearby Lake Marie.
- Check out Dean Creek Elk viewing
area and wildlife preserve that has elk
numbering close to 125. There are many
other varieties of wildlife and water fowl.

Nestled in a secluded cove, beneath huge
fir, ceder, and pine trees it is one of the best fishing spots on the Oregon
Coast.
Whether you're a beginner or expert
fisherman. The lakes, streams, rivers and the ocean
are here for you. There are several charter boats to
take you ocean fishing, or a fishing guide to take you in
the river. In the ocean you can catch anything from
halibut, sea perch, rock fish, bottom fish, Coho, herring
and smelt. The near-by rivers and lakes can
provide you with largemouth bass, bluegill, catfish,
steelhead, sturgeon, cutthroat trout, and rainbow trout.
There are several tackle shops and
convenience stores that will gladly provide a day-to-day
fishing report of where and when the fish are biting.
They also have fishing licenses and copies of state fishing
regulations.

Court is located in the heart of the
Oregon National Dunes Recreation
Area on the South central Oregon
Coast.
Take highway 101 to Winchester
Bay, take a right on Salmon Harbor
Drive, turn right onto Beach Blvd,
continue past the Coast Guard
Station, and we're just ahead.
We have 68 RV sites with full
hook-ups. Tent and dry camp
sites are also available. We
have a coin laundry room, restrooms
with free showers, and a RV dump
station.
