Every year since 2004 Jackie and Troy have hosted a Salmon Darby
awards picnic at the end of each season. Awards are given for
the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners. Additionally, starting in
2007 they have the coveted MINNOW award for the smallest fish
caught.
As such, from time to time we will be posting pictures and video
from the Salmon Darby awards as well as pictures and video from different
events that are happening in the Winchester Bay area.

Fishing is a guy thing. YA, RIGHT, WHATEVER!
Someone
forgot to tell Gail Norton that fishing was a guy thing.
Gail wrestled this monster to the boat during the 2007 season.
Weighing in at 34 lbs, she secured a 2nd place win at the
Fisherman's RV awards picnic.
